Sales Executive

Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new customers and managing key accounts within the HoReCa, Cruise Lines, and Catering sectors in Singapore & Malaysia. You will be the face of our brand-building trust, delivering value, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Negotiate and Win Customers

1. Identify and target potential customers in the HoReCa, Cruise Liners, and Catering segments.
2. Initiate contact, conduct sales meetings, and negotiate to secure new business.
3. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

2. Maximize Margins & Customer Loyalty

1. Strategically price products to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
2. Understand customer needs and propose tailored product solutions.
3. Develop and implement strategies to boost loyalty and repeat business.

3. Build and Maintain a Strong Customer Pipeline

1. Continuously prospect and grow a ready pool of potential clients.
2. Manage and monitor a portfolio of accounts to ensure consistent business flow.
3. Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adjust strategies effectively.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in sales or account management (food industry experience preferred).
2. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent relationship-building and customer management abilities.
5. Strategic thinker with high adaptability in dynamic market conditions.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
