We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building strong client relationships, closing sales, and supporting growth with effective sales strategies. Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and offering timely solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our offerings and securing deals
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up on opportunities, and keeping accurate records in CRM systems
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and support sales strategies
- Use cold-calling techniques to generate leads and close sales
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry, with a proven record or meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments while handling multiple priorities
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
- Fluent in English, Chinese, Malay
- Minimum education level: Diploma in a relevant field
