Job Description

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building strong client relationships, closing sales, and supporting growth with effective sales strategies. If you are motivated by results and enjoy connecting with people, this could be the right role for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and offering timely solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our offerings and securing deals
  • Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up on opportunities, and keeping accurate records in CRM systems
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and support sales strategies
  • Use cold-calling techniques to generate leads and close sales

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry, with a proven record or meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments while handling multiple priorities
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
  • Fluent in English, Chinese, Malay
  • Minimum education level: Diploma in a relevant field

Bonus If you Have

  • Experience giving product demos or presentations
  • Knowledge of how real estate agents work and what they care about
