Position Title: Sales Executive
Snapshot Of The Role
Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting business expansion in accordance with company policies and market strategies. This role ensures effective sales activities, strong customer engagement, and timely follow-up to achieve company sales objectives.
You Are Driven To
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitor activities to support business strategy and product positioning.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product information to meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, QA, etc.) to ensure timely delivery, resolve customer issues, and support smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor sales performance, follow up on enquiries, and ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to promote products and expand market presence.
- Perform any other duties or assignments as required.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or related discipline.
- Preferably at least 2 years of sales experience in the food manufacturing or seafood industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
