Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Territory & Account Management: Manage, nurture, and grow B2B commercial accounts across assigned industrial corridors
• On-Site Plant Operations Visits: Regularly conduct active site visits and technical walkthroughs across 7 designated manufacturing facilities and customer plants to audit equipment performance, identify client pain points, and offer engineering solution upgrades.
• Mobility & Field Visits: Safely utilize the provided company vehicle to maintain high-frequency client engagement, conduct product demonstrations, and manage on-site technical meetings.
• Full Sales Cycle Execution: Drive the complete sales pipeline—from prospect identification, lead qualification, and technical sales presentations to cost estimation, formal quotation preparation, price negotiation, and deal closure.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with internal design engineering, technical service, and installation teams to ensure client specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines are precisely executed.
• Market Intelligence & Pipeline Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales pipeline records, monitor competitor activities within the industrial sector, and provide strategic feedback to management to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

Required Experience

• Must - Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in any fields
• Having Outgoing Personality
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Having B2B Sales Experience
