Your Role

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plastics, packaging, and polymer industries

Build strong relationships with customers and understand their technical & commercial needs

Promote our range of specialty masterbatches and polymer solutions

Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to develop effective solutions

Drive sales growth and expand market presence across Malaysia and SEA region.

What We're Looking For

Experience in business development, sales, or technical sales within plastics, masterbatch, polymer, or packaging industries is preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business growth

Independent, target-driven, and willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are welcome to apply for Executive position
