Job Description

Job summary:

The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence by managing and developing relationships with wholesalers, supermarkets, retailers and distributor. This role requires strong communication, negotiation and customer management skills, with a deep understanding of the fresh produce or agriculture supply industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fresh produce hypermarket / supermarket / retail chain / wholesalers / FMCG / food production sectors.
  • Manage and maintain relationship with existing clients (supermarkets, retailers, distributor, hotels, restaurant, etc)
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and supply agreements.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing and competitors activities to identify growth

opportunities.

  • Work closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
  • Represent the company in exhibitors, trade events and client meetings.
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
  • Requires frequent travel across Malaysia to meet clients, visit markets and

explore new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in fresh produce, agriculture or FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel frequently around Malaysia (and occasionally to Singapore)
  • Able to read and communicate fluently in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
