Sales Executive
We are looking for a driven, independent Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset to grow our customer base and expand our presence across key industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships in a B2B technology environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively hunt for new leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across various sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential leads.
- Present and promote our solutions, including communication systems, body-worn cameras, CCTV, and security technology.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and provide technical insights to customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals independently.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field. Candidates with STPM / SPM + strong sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience & proven experience in sales; additional training or certifications in security systems, ICT, or communication technology will be an advantage.
- Possesses a smart, independent, and self-driven sales hunter mindset, with strong proactiveness, persistence, and an unyielding hunger to close deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
