Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Actively pursue new sales leads and business opportunities through proactive market research, networking, and cold outreach strategies within the Klang Lama region and beyond, consistently expanding the company's customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their specific needs, and offering tailored solutions from YUMMI HOUSE's product range of Bird's Nest and Wild Jungle Honey.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate the unique benefits and value proposition of YUMMI HOUSE's offerings to potential customers, addressing their concerns and securing sales.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to meticulously track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closed deals, enabling data-driven decision-making and improved sales performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies, provide valuable market feedback, and contribute to the development of innovative promotional campaigns to drive sales and enhance brand awareness for YUMMI HOUSE.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently applying effective time management skills, prioritizing high-potential opportunities, and diligently following up on leads to convert them into successful sales, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Secondary/SPM/O Level certification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Mandarin and English to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
  • Exhibit a foundational understanding of sales principles and a strong willingness to learn about YUMMI HOUSE's product range, including Birds Nest and Wild Jungle Honey.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the Klang Lama region.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate insightful reports to optimize sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer preferences, and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to maximize sales productivity and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and build mutually beneficial partnerships with customers.
  • Requires own transport and the ability to travel for outstation events like fairs, expos, and promotions.
  • This role requires engaging in member calling and providing customer service, experience with live sales/broadcasting is a bonus.
