Your Responsibilities Include:
- Proactivelyengaging and converting leadsfrom our social media and offline channels
- Develop your own customer base and partnerships with agencies
- Following ourproven sales scriptand pitching ourflexible renovation financing plans
- Sales pipeline management: lead conversion, tracking and control through our CRM
- Managing and nurturing client relationships fromfirst contact to project confirmation
- Maintain strong client relationships post-sale to generate referrals and reviews
Requirements:
- Positive, confident, and relatable personality
- At least1 year of B2C sales experience, preferably in home, lifestyle or property sectors
- Fast learner who'sopen to innovative ideasand can follow sales systems well
- Has own transport and willing to travel around Klang Valley for meetings
- Strong communicator inEnglish,andBahasa Melayu or Mandarin
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working withWhatsApp and social media
- Comfortable workingweekends(when most appointments happen)
- Anatural closerwho thrives on commissions and confident pitching to homeowners
- Positive, driven and loves fast-paced environments
