About Supermom 14 July 2026 Supermom is Southeast Asia's leading parenting intelligence platform, connecting millions of mothers across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia with the brands that matter most to their families. We are evolving from a media and community business into a data and AI-first platform — and we are looking for a commercially driven leader to anchor and grow our Malaysia market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Supermom's revenue performance across the Malaysian market, with accountability for annual targets.
  • Lead and develop the Malaysia sales team, setting direction, coaching performance, and building a high-accountability culture.
  • Drive new business development across Supermom's full product suite: data monetisation, KOM/UGC campaigns, Supermom Pulse, and AIMA.
  • Build and sustain senior-level relationships with brand managers, marketing leads, and agency partners across FMCG, healthcare, education, and financial services verticals.
  • Partner with regional product and tech teams to identify Malaysia-specific market opportunities and co-develop commercial solutions.
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning, pricing, and commercial strategy at leadership level in close collaboration with the Regional Sales VP.
  • Represent Supermom at industry events, brand forums, and networking opportunities across Malaysia's marketing ecosystem

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8–12+ years of commercial experience, with clear progression to a director or senior leadership role in media, data, digital advertising, or audience-driven sales.
  • A well-established network of marketing decision-makers across brands and agencies in Malaysia, particularly within FMCG, healthcare, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling a sales team, with direct accountability for revenue targets and traceable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the evolving digital marketing landscape — first-party data, community commerce, influencer marketing, and performance measurement.
  • Operates as a senior commercial leader — able to set direction, influence at C-suite level, and translate complex data and platform capabilities into clear business value for senior brand stakeholders.
  • Deep familiarity with Malaysia's advertising and media ecosystem is essential; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable owning a P&L or revenue line in a fast-moving, regional tech-and-data environment, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
