Job Description
Area Sales Manager - Beauty & Wellness
Location: Singapore
Employment: Permanent
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve business targets across multiple outlets.
- Lead, coach and develop Centre Managers to improve sales and productivity.
- Monitor outlet performance, KPIs, sales forecasts and business results.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
- Ensure outlet operations, inventory and SOP compliance are maintained.
- Work with Marketing on campaigns, promotions and events.
- Manage manpower planning, team performance and staff development.
- Develop and retain high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in retail operations or sales management.
- Multi-outlet management experience preferred.
- Candidates from beauty, aesthetics, wellness, fitness, salon or retail chain backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Good analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused, results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
