Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales activities, focusing on acquiring new clients and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution selling, preferably with experience in ERP systems. Existing contacts in the manufacturing sector will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within manufacturing and other target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and regular performance reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and ERP market developments.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 25 years of sales experience, preferably in ERP, software solutions, B2B sales or IT Hardware Solution Sales
  • Strong network and existing accounts in the manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
