Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Malaysia. The Sales Manager will lead sales activities, develop strategies to expand the customer base, enhance client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role also requires preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and providing insights to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and sales strategy implementation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and CRM tools
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to develop strategic solutions to achieve sales goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the local market in Malaysia and surrounding areas is a plus
