Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Singapore. The Sales Manager will oversee business development activities, identify and secure new clients, and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities include leading sales efforts, developing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client demands. The role requires monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor performance, and identifying opportunities to expand market share.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and driving revenue growth
- Expertise in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Customer Retention
- In-depth knowledge of Modular Solutions and industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, and offshore industries
- Strong understanding of market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and operational demand identification
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with international safety and compliance standards such as API 752/753, DNV, and IECEx/ATEX
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in sales is essential
