Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities from potential clients.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle and maintain transparent reporting of the sales pipeline to the leadership team.
  • Take full ownership of direct sales activities, from generating leads to closing deals.
  • Recommend solutions that are aligned with the client's needs, objectives, and business goals.
  • Conduct KYC checks and provide tailored solutions by integrating our platform into enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain long-term, productive relationships with our users.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in sales within software development, financial services, or the banking sector is preferred.
  • Solid expertise in managing sales pipelines and handling complex B2B sales is essential.
  • Proven experience interacting with senior stakeholders in large organizations is required.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage top-level decision-makers and senior management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a strong ability to close deals.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Capable of preparing proposals and quotations to effectively target the enterprise market.
