Drive and execute eCommerce sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and risks
Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies based on data insights
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, operations, and platform partners) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and daily operations
Manage and improve key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, and average order value
Respond quickly to market changes and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize performance
Support new product launches and ensure strong first-sale performance
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, online sales, or digital business
Strong business sense (commercial acumen) with a deep understanding of eCommerce operations
Solid knowledge of data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, able to respond effectively to rapid changes
