Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute eCommerce sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and risks
  • Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies based on data insights
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, operations, and platform partners) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and daily operations
  • Manage and improve key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, and average order value
  • Respond quickly to market changes and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize performance
  • Support new product launches and ensure strong first-sale performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, online sales, or digital business
  • Strong business sense (commercial acumen) with a deep understanding of eCommerce operations
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, able to respond effectively to rapid changes
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible
