Challenges and responsibilities:
Managing, energizing and achieving sales target through dynamic sales team
Improving sales productivity through maximizing operational effectiveness of the business
Requirement:
Have a degree in Pharmacy / Biological Science along with 5 year working in pharmaceutical experience.
Have at least 2 years of supervisory experience
Possess a proven record of sales growth, customer management, strong leadership and interpersonal skill as well as positive can do attitude.
Be a team player who is able to communicate and influence
Be able to implement business plans, monitor and motivate the sales team
Have the ability to analyze and use computer base data management systems effectively
Responsibilities to be a key source of innovation in the company.
To contribute to the company being truly market led by providing marketing guidance and tactical support to the general manager and company director board, including the production, analysis and communication of market data, and the maintenance of excellent relationships with internal and external functions/bodies.
To generate innovative new product concepts both in existing and new markets.
Skill Profile - Technical
Degree level qualification in relevant scientific discipline.
Either demonstrable track record in similar role or professional marketing qualification (specialization or MBA. MCIM or equivalent preferred).

Highly innovative and capable of true out of the box blue skies thinking,
with a sound appreciation of the current and future requirements of customers and the key issues facing them.
Establishes and exploits good, mutually beneficial relationships with customers, key academics and other relevant bodies.
Able and willing to travel internationally.
Understands the drivers in B2B marketing in a rapidly changing high tech/capital equipment industry,
preferably medical IT related, and identifies ways to translate these into product strategy in order to gain competitive advantage
