Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and expand our HR solutions market share
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research, focusing on companies of around 100 employees
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their HR needs and providing tailored solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, competitor activities, and new growth areas, and provide insights to improve sales strategies
Prepare and deliver impactful proposals and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our HR solutions
Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring beneficial terms and compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Collaborate with marketing, HR consulting, and other internal teams to deliver seamless and integrated services to clients
Generate high-quality leads via digital platforms, networking events, industry activities, and client referrals
Job Requirements
Minimum education: Secondary School (SPM) or higher qualification
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience will be an added advantage
Good communication skills, Mandarin preferred, plus local languages
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to build and maintain strong client relationships
Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
