Job Summary
To lead the Sales team in driving business growth, developing customer relationships, and expanding market share within the Datacom, industrial, and commercial sheet metal fabrication segments. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, executing strategic sales plans, and collaborating closely with internal departments (Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain) to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery that meets customer requirements.
