Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Manager will lead and coach a sales team to achieve and exceed enrollment and revenue targets for IT STEP Academy's educational programs. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and monitoring key performance metrics. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students, parents, corporate partners, and community organizations through meetings, presentations, and events. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and academic teams to align campaigns, refine messaging, and provide feedback from the market to enhance offerings and processes.
