What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding needs and offering tailored solutions
• Partner with the Engineering Team to translate technical capabilities into customer-focused benefits
• Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos
• Negotiate and close deals with customers and strategic partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to refine strategies
• Work with Marketing & Product teams on new product development and market expansion
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues in line with ISO standards

We're looking for

• Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably in industrial, semicon, or automation sectors
• Strong technical understanding combined with solid sales skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for solving client challenges
