Requirement

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management or industrial sales
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Mandarin language is COMPULSORY
