Job Description

Primary Objective

  • Responsible for the Mortgage Team's Mortgage sales performance/target.
  • Lead and coach a team of PBM (around 6-13 headcount) for sales activities and campaigns.
  • To support the region's BDM Secured Assets and RSH Assets by conducting product briefing, ongoing training,coaching, guidance, echance sales productivity and engagement with PBM.
  • Ensure efficient Performance Tracking & continuously adapting new business strategies to improve sales.
  • Ensure customer service is competitive vs industry level.
  • Meet compliance requirement as per our Banking Guideline.
  • To create product awareness in the market by establishing strong networking with internal and external customers.
  • Establish and enhance repport with our business partners i.e.Real Estate Agents,Valuer,Solicitors & Developers.
  • Establish rapport with our stateholdrs i.e. Community Banking,CBBC & Corporate Banking for business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Activities

  • Responsible for the achievement of PBM Team sales and develop business relationship with established Developers, Real Estate Agents , Solicitors & Valuers to grow Mortgage businesses.
  • Engage with team members, BDM Secured Asset and RSH Asset, Product Owner and GRD Secured and Unsecured Biz for products, promotions and campaigns
  • Plan sales activities, roadshow and events to spearhead PBM Team Mortgage sales.
  • Identify and plan cross selling and up selling opportunities

Sales Management

  • Jointly set, review and assign sales targets with RSH Assets and BDM Secured Assets to PBM.
  • Conduct periodic competitors analysis and feedback to management
  • Performance review and analysis on sales by team and each individual staff.
  • Resolution of complaints and ensure sales ethic compliance
  • Assisting in operational matters, sales headcount, PIP appeals and etc.

Staff Management

  • To assist region in monitoring of PBM headcount & hiring.
  • Provide on-job training for sales personnels
  • To support and guide PBM on all related matters application process from initial application to data entry in Flash System until the completion stage of disbursement.
  • Coaching and mentoring sales personnels for peak performance
  • To monitor the success rate of customers leads from various sources ie internal(existing data base) and external (business partners)
  • Periodic briefing and updates to sales personnels on promotions, campaigns, competitors and new products

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years sales & marketing experience preferably at financial institutions
  • Possess knowledge of Financing Products which includes the sales and operation processes.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Good Knowledge in Mortgage Products & Services
