Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, Mortgage at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of mortgage sales executives to achieve sales targets and expand the bank's mortgage loan portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed mortgage sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of mortgage sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and career development.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with property developers, real estate agents, and other potential referral sources.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, banking regulations, and ethical standards in mortgage sales activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new product development.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as credit, operations, and marketing, to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in mortgage lending regulations.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree - Any related field(s).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within a financial institution.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in mortgage products.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, services, and lending regulations in Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
