Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Formulate and execute strategic commercial plans to meet key revenue and market share targets in Malaysia & SEA.
• Map, prospect, and win new key business accounts within FABs, OSATs, and display manufacturing sectors.
• Drive end-to-end sales pipelines—from initial lead generation and technical qualification to commercial negotiations and long-term account growth.

2. Technical Consultative Selling

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer R&D, engineering, and procurement teams on material integration (EMC, photoresist, wet process chemicals).
• Partner with headquarters China-based R&D teams to deliver customized material formulations for customer-specific packaging nodes.
• Support material qualification protocols, on-site process validation, testing, and yield optimization trials at customer sites.

3. Account & Market Intelligence

• Nurture deep, long-term technical and commercial relationships across key players in the Malaysian semiconductor ecosystem.
• Track technology node shifts, capacity expansions, and competitive movements to inform regional go-to-market strategies.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market insights to regional and HQ leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related technical field (Master's is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B technical sales or business development within semiconductor materials, specialty chemicals, or semiconductor equipment.
• Domain Expertise: Familiarity with Epoxy Molding Compounds (EMC), Photoresist, Wet Chemicals, or advanced packaging processes is highly preferred.
• Network: Established professional connections within Penang, Kulim, or Klang Valley semiconductor hubs.
• Languages: Business fluency in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage (for HQ interaction). Bahasa Malaysia is beneficial.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia (Citizen or valid Employment Pass holder).
• Travel: Willingness to travel regionally across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
