Job Description

What You'll Do On a Typical Day

  • Achieve assigned annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Support the Head of Sales in executing sales strategies and identifying business growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new leads, develop new business opportunities, and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Manage sales projects from initial inquiry through contract award, including coordination of execution, invoicing, and payment collection.
  • Prepare and present PERI solutions and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms in accordance with PERI sales and credit policies.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates, customer information, and project progress in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and demonstrate PERI values in all business activities.

Education & Experience

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or project-based sales environment.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, formwork, or related industries will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and commercial skills.
  • Good customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
