Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager, PF-i (Personal Financing - Islamic) to lead and drive the sales performance of our Islamic personal financing products. This role involves managing a team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while adhering to Shariah principles and regulatory guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed personal financing (Islamic) sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, train, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities within the Islamic personal financing segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners, to facilitate sales growth.
- Ensure all sales activities and processes comply with RHB Bank's policies, Shariah requirements, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews for team members to foster continuous improvement and professional development.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Actively participate in product development and marketing initiatives related to Islamic personal financing.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the financial services industry, specifically in personal financing or a related product.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and Shariah-compliant products, particularly personal financing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.
