Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales and achieve target & business KPIs

Sales Management

  • Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staffs
  • Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives/sales are maximized
  • Motivate, guide and coach sales staff
  • Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns
  • Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales
  • Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
  • Oversight on code of ethics of ASM/SC PF of sales process and activities

Staff Management

  • Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel
  • Motivate, coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance

Customer Service Management

  • Anticipates customers needs to deliver quality service, customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Basic understanding of sales operation and banking products
  • Experience in sales management and leading sales team
