Job Description

Job Summary**

Responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets for Personal Financing (PF) products within RHB Bank Berhad, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve PF sales objectives and targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., BNM guidelines).
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Credit) to optimize sales processes and product offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments for PF products.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and effectively.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the personal financing sector.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the banking or financial services industry, specifically with personal financing products.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of personal financing products, credit assessment processes, and relevant banking regulations.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a strong customer focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
