We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong, Malaysia. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage client relationships, and ensure targets are consistently met. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, preparing sales reports, leading a sales team, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven skills in Sales Management, Client Relationship Development, and Lead Generation
• Experience in Strategic Planning, Sales Forecasting, and Implementing Sales Strategies
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends
• Knowledge of the packaging industry or similar sectors is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work onsite at our Puchong location
