The Sales Manager is responsible for handling Sales and marketing of PureCircle Stevia portfolio in all categories, like Beverages, Dairy, Savory and Bakery.

Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and business development across the country for categories like Beverages, Dairy, Savory and Bakery.
• Coordinate with technical team and business development team in order to increase the customer base and also generate new projects.
• Coordinating with new prospects and developing new business, price decision and negotiation, would be key responsibilities.
• Collaborate with technical team to develop prototypes to show to customers during customer visits, addressing any technical queries.
• Collaborate with Business development team to work on new trends and new concepts that are regionally driven for better business.
• Key account Management, margin management.
• Coordinate with Supply chain team and customer service team to ensure more than 95% OTIF to customers.
• Distribution management Manages and trains the go-to-market team in application specific areas as needed to reach maximum self-sufficiency in selling our solutions and expand customer base.

Qualified Candidates Will Have

• Degree Food Science or Technology is preferred.
• Work experience Min. 7 years of Industrial experience specifically in Ingredient sales.
• English fluency, both written and spoken
• Possess good presentation skills
• Able to travel heavily domestically
