Job Description :
This role will be pivotal in shaping the retail media strategy, driving revenue through media monetization and integrating supplier marketing efforts across MR.DIY's expansive retail footprint.
- Pitch, sell, and promote MR.DIY's in-store, digital, and omnichannel advertising products to suppliers in Malaysia.
- Identify new business opportunities, upsell media packages, and drive incremental revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Prepare compelling proposals, media plans, media kits, and rate cards tailored to client objectives.
- Conduct product presentations and sales meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal campaign, creative, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports to suppliers.
- Stay updated on retail media trends, competitor offerings, and market benchmarks.
- Provide feedback and insights to support product enhancement and strategic planning.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within media, retail media, FMCG, advertising, or digital marketing industries.
- Proven track record in sales, client management, and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
- Experience preparing proposals, media kits, and sales materials.
- Results-driven, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
