Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Shah Alam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring the sales team, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support company growth objectives.

• Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, as well as work independently
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
• Experience in the coatings, manufacturing, or industrial sector is a plus
