Sales Manager / Sales Executive

Required Language : Mandarin & English

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
• Set team KPIs, monitor sales performance, and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• Candidate with sales experience are added advantage. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings (if applicable).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia (depending on business needs).
