We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive the expansion

of Token, GPU computing, and cloud products in international markets,

particularly in Southeast Asia. The role will focus on new business

development, key account management, and strategic market expansion to

accelerate the growth of the company's cloud and intelligent computing

solutions.

职责描述 | Key Responsibilities

1. 销售目标达成 | Sales Target Achievement

结合公司国际业务部销售战略目标,负责公司智能云及 Token 产品的销售任务。

Align with the international business unit's sales strategy and take ownership

of sales targets for cloud and Token products.

2. 客户开发与市场拓展 | Client Development & Market Expansion

负责新客户开发与维护,依托行业洞察与销售经验,主动开拓东南亚市场,挖掘

并开发潜在客户。

Develop and maintain new clients, proactively expand the Southeast Asian

market, and identify potential customers through industry insights and sales

expertise.

3. 关键客户关系管理 | Key Account Management

建立并维护高端客户关系,深入理解客户需求,提供定制化解决方案,增强客户

粘性,促进长期合作与业务增长。

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understand client

needs, and provide customized solutions to enhance long-term partnerships

and business growth.

4. 市场分析与竞争策略 | Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy

持续关注云计算市场动态及竞争对手策略,分析行业趋势,制定有效的市场进入

与竞争应对策略,确保公司在市场中的竞争优势。

Monitor market trends and competitor strategies in the cloud computing

industry, analyze market developments, and develop effective market entry

and competitive strategies.

5. 销售全生命周期管理 | Full Sales Lifecycle Management

负责销售全生命周期管理,包括客户触达、需求对接、项目推进、实施上线及回

款管理等工作。

Manage the full sales lifecycle, including client acquisition, requirement

alignment, project implementation, deployment, and payment collection.

6. 跨部门协同 | Cross-functional Collaboration

整合公司内外部资源,对外推动客户采用并持续使用产品和解决方案,对内推动

产品、解决方案及流程体系优化,提升客户体验。

Coordinate internal and external resources to drive product adoption and

continuous usage, while optimizing internal product solutions and processes

to enhance customer experience.

任职要求 | Qualifications

1. 教育背景 | Education

本科及以上学历,市场营销、计算机科学或相关专业优先。

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Computer Science, or

related fields.

2. 行业经验 | Industry Experience

5 年以上云计算或相关行业销售经验,熟悉东南亚区域客户,有成功开发并维护

KA 客户案例者优先。At least 5 years of sales experience in cloud computing or related industries,

with familiarity in the Southeast Asian market and proven success with key

accounts.

3. 客户管理能力 | Client Management Skills

具备出色的客户开拓和维护能力,能够深入理解并满足客户需求。

Strong ability in client acquisition and account management, with a deep

understanding of customer needs.

4. 市场洞察能力 | Market Insight

对云计算市场具有敏锐洞察力,能够快速适应市场变化,制定并执行有效销售策

略。

Strong understanding of the cloud computing market and the ability to

develop and execute effective sales strategies.

5. 高层沟通能力 | Executive-level Communication

能够全面了解客户业务架构、技术架构及组织架构,与 CXO 级别客户进行高层

沟通,影响客户决策并推动商机转化。

Ability to understand customers business, technical, and organizational

structures, communicate with CXO-level stakeholders, influence

decision-making, and convert opportunities into business results.

6. 资源整合能力 | Resource Integration

能够有效整合公司内外部资源,推动客户持续采用公司产品和解决方案,并为客

户创造长期价值。

Capable of integrating internal and external resources to deliver solutions and continuously create value for customers.
