Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the institution's programs, courses, and events.
- Conduct market research to understand student needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), email marketing, and online advertisements.
- Plan and coordinate open days, school fairs, education expos, and other promotional events.
- Work closely with the training team to generate leads and increase student enrolment.
- Collaborate with Training departments to develop accurate and engaging marketing content.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and industry partners for student recruitment.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance and prepare reports with insights to management.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the institution's branding and messaging guidelines.
- Maintain and update the institution's website, social media pages, and other communication channels.
- Manage student inquiries and maintain lead databases for follow-ups.
- Obtain approval from the COO before releasing any marketing materials (e.g. posters, videos, advertisements).
- Host and manage live sessions on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to promote programmes.
- Present course information clearly and engage with audiences during live sessions.
- Respond to questions and comments in real-time during live sessions.
