Sales Marketing Executive

(MTE) is a leading industry-focused training provider registered with Petronas, the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF), and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) in Malaysia. With over a decade of experience, MTE has been delivering technical training for individual competency development. MTE supports and conducts certification programs for the Institute of Materials, Malaysia (IMM), specializing in materials science. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive based in Shah Alam. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing market planning, conducting comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, and supporting the design and deployment of marketing campaigns. The role entails managing customer relationships, coordinating sales strategies, and achieving sales targets while aligning with the company's goals. Additionally, the Sales Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
• Strong skills in Communication to effectively interact with clients, team members, and key stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and Marketing with a proven ability to develop strategies that drive results
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges in a dynamic business landscape
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the training or education industry is an added advantage
