Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Salary Range: MYR 3,000 - 4,000

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute sales plans aligned with company revenue targets

* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic sales presentations

* Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations under guidance

* Maintain accurate sales records

* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs

* Support senior management in sales forecasting and reporting

Qualifications Requirement:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

* Strong sales and business development skills, including client relationship management andaccount acquisition

* Proven experience in team leadership, negotiation, and achieving sales targets

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in planning and executing sales strategies and analyzing market trends

* Innovative thinking with problem-solving abilities and adaptability

* Knowledge of the learning and development industry or prior experience in consultancy is an advantage

* Exposure to B2B sales or service-based industries

* Experience handling proposals or client onboarding

* Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

* Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
