Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work from home on a limited basis. As a Sales Professional, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with internal teams to present tailored solutions, prepare and deliver compelling proposals, and keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, client management, and business development
  • Understanding of the capital goods sector, such as electric motors, automation, and energy solutions
  • Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, generate leads, and build client relationships
  • Technical knowledge related to electrification, energy solutions, or automation would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
