Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and coach a sales team to achieve KPIs and targets.
  • Implement sales strategies and monitor team performance.
  • Manage client relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Report on sales performance and ensure team alignment with company goals.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and sales skills, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
  • Excellent command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
