Job Description
About the role
This is an outdoor sales role focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities, visiting existing and potential customers to promote company products and services, and building relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities
- Visit existing and potential customers to promote company products and services
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide suitable solutions based on customer needs
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries and orders
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
- Follow up on leads, sales opportunities, and potential projects
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales Administration, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and sales pipeline
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Experience in outdoor sales, business development, or a similar role is an advantage
- Can communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and able to build long-term business relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel for customer visits
- Possess a valid driving licence and own transport
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic sales/CRM systems
