Job Description

Role Summary

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and assisting with sales activities to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Help manage enquiries, deliveries, claims, and after-sales service with internal teams.
  • Pricing & Quotations: Prepare quotations, maintain pricing records, and ensure approvals follow company guidelines.
  • Sales Strategy & Promotions: Assist in running and tracking sales campaigns, analyze data, and prepare reports.
  • Claims Management: Work with QA and Sales Admin to resolve customer claims quickly and effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales activity reports (e.g., QBR, pipeline reviews) and support ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements
