Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bayan Lepas for a Sales Support Executive. Responsibilities include assisting sales teams with administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities. The role involves supporting client communication, tracking sales metrics, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Experience with documentation management and administrative tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Familiarity with HVAC systems or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
