Design, configure, develop, and test Salesforce Sales Cloud features for an insurance client.
Design, configure, develop, and test Agentforce functionalities running on Sales Cloud, including workflows, agent onboarding automation, dashboards, and role‑based access controls.
Design, configure, develop, and test Salesforce Data Cloud features, including integrations with other Salesforce modules and Prudential's internal platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Min. 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience in designing, configuring, developing and testing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
Proficient in Apex (triggers, classes, batch, queueable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and security setups: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules.
Capability to design and develop Agentforce features on Sales Cloud, including workflows, agent onboarding automation, role-based access control and performance dashboards.
Capability to implement Salesforce Data Cloud, including data model design, data streams, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation and activation.
Solid SDLC discipline including, technical design documentation, unit testing, integration testing, SIT/UAT support and performance optimization.
Solid Stakeholder management skills.
Prior insurance or manufacturing domain experience are preferred.
Experience working in a consulting firm and having team management skills are preferred.
