Job Summary

Lead the sales department to achieve monthly targets by managing and motivating a team of beauticians and therapists, driving sales of services and skincare products, and delivering excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales department to consistently achieve company monthly sales targets
• Motivate and support a team of beauticians and therapists to enhance sales performance and service delivery
• Drive sales of skincare products and beauty services through effective team leadership and customer engagement
• Provide excellent customer support to build strong client relationships and increase repeat business
• Apply strong communication and persuasive skills to close sales and meet business objectives
• Demonstrate self-motivation and independence in managing sales activities and team performance
