• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Ariba application issues.
• Monitor system performance and support business-critical processes.

• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Document solutions, best practices, and support procedures.
• Act as an SAP Ariba subject matter expert and contribute to team success.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP Ariba.
• Experience with SAP Ariba Contracts.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba Supplier Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba Supplier Risk.
• Experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications and processes.
