About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process and data migration for large-scale SAP S/4 HANA implementations. The role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders, leading SAP teams, and delivering high-quality, scalable data migration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to understand migration requirements and define migration strategy and plans
Design, review, and build data migration templates; train business users for accurate data entry
Support business teams in extracting master and transactional data and preparing upload files
Ensure data accuracy and completeness for successful migration execution
Lead functional and technical discussions during discovery and design workshops
Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Review Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), High-Level Designs (HLD), and Detailed Design Documents (DDD)
Provide guidance on data migration and ensure data quality across projects
Troubleshoot issues and support complex system integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Analyze and resolve complex issues under tight timelines
Contribute domain knowledge, preferably in retail (added advantage)
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD with strong exposure to SAP LE (Logistics Execution)
Proven experience in leading data migration for OTC modules
At least one full-cycle SAP implementation experience
Strong knowledge of OTC, STO, Third-Party Sales, EDI, and SD-LE integrations
Understanding of SAP integration with other functional modules
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to relocate to Malaysia for 2–3 years
Preferred Skills
Experience in retail industry processes
Exposure to large-scale S/4 HANA transformation projects
