Role
The Day-To-Day Activities
Planning, expanding Company's Regional Reach & Coverage, undertaking Business Development & New Product Introduction for wholesale services, P&L Responsibility for the International Business, Signalling & Value Added Services as well as managing Carrier Relationships and the Domestic & International POPs.
Functions
- Managing of wholesale traffic swap deals, negotiation of inbound termination rates, hubbing rates via Malaysia, IOT preferential rates as well as a team of internal wholesale managers.
- Selection of wholesale traffic partners in view of needs & wants of the marketplace; maximising margins & revenue streams.

- Overseeing wholesale partnership acquisition.
- Planning Revenue Assurance & monitoring Repeat Business Assurance.
- Quality & Process Improvement.
- Competitive Analysis & Monitoring on competitive landscape.
About You
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or Management (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of enterprise telco products, platforms, and IT ecosystems.
Experience
- 10–12 years in telco enterprise product development, IT delivery, or solution management.
- Proven experience leading teams, including managers or senior specialists.
- Strong track record in end-to-end product lifecycle and cross-functional delivery.
- Experience working with Enterprise, IT, Network, and external stakeholders.
