Responsibilities:
- Help assist and manage campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring the highest level of quality and adherence to brand strategy.
- Assist with account logistics and schedules.
- Anticipate client and team needs and provide effective solutions, with agility.
- Always researching and tracking to understand and inform the team on campaign, contextual and competitive data.
- Cultivate and grow relationships with key day-to-day clients
- Support the Account Manager and Business Lead to ensure projects are executed against clear tasks and objectives
- The ability to sell through creative presentations, which tie together multimedia channels and customer experiences.
- Being proactive to solve our client&aposs marketing challenges, putting the consumer first.
- Stay current on digital trends, and culture, bringing inspiring external insight into the work.
- Work collaboratively with the servicing team, Writers and Designers, Art Directors, and Technologists to build exceptional brand experiences
- An entrepreneurial spirited, solution-oriented individual, who rises to any challenge.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years agency experience.
- Excellent credentials showcasing digital understanding, project management, and execution skills with integrated digital campaigns.
- A firm understanding of web, social, emails, banners, and other digital mediums.
- Ensure the brand objectives are effectively executed across all messaging.
- Solid presentation skills and an ability to manage a meeting.
- Excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced agency culture, with the flexibility to change gears for different clients.
- Passion for ideas, creativity, and digital content.
- Proficiency with Social and Google analytics, being able to translate that into insightful reports.
- Have impeccable attention to detail in all facets of the role.
- A healthy respect for deadlines, and the drive to see projects through to completion.
