organization to deliver products that leave a positive impact to the world. The Senior Lead
Engineer will contribute to the architecture, design, and optimization of innovative solutions
for the HealthTech, Industrial, Smart Energy, Aerospace and Capital Equipment segments.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Design and Development
- Leads the architecture, design and implementation of technical solutions in multiple market segments that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to develop world class products in highly regulated markets.
- Familiar with EE development processes & workflows to realize products on a PCBA and product/system level.
- With the relevant technical competencies, lead and execute product realization from conceptual stages all the way thru manufacturing transition.
- Able to support the development of technical proposals for customers, providing technical solutions to realize concepts and estimating associated labor and material costs required.

Design for Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
- Products that are not manufacturable will not benefit our customers and more importantly the end user. This role requires collaboration with manufacturing partners to ensure seamless production and timely delivery.
- Able to identify and evaluate materials/components and manufacturing processes that align with product requirements and are cost-effective to implement.
- Proficient in product development life cycle processes and compliance to product quality standards.
Technical Competencies:
- Proficient in the design. development and verification of analog and mixed signal PCBAs and systems that encompass:
- Signal Conditioning – sensor interfacing, filters, amplifiers, ADC/DAC circuits.
- Power Electronics & Architecture Development – DC-DC circuits, power management (hot-swap, battery charging/management Systems etc.)
- SPICE based simulation to validate designs before prototyping
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic behaviour and able to direct board/system level designs to meet EMC compliance as well as resolve EMC issues as they arise.
- Able to define PCB layout guidelines to direct PCB layout work.
- Proficient with schematic & layout design tools (OrCAD, Cadence Concept/Allegro, Altium Designer)
Good understanding of product EMC, Safety & Environmental compliance requirements
Experience in the following is an added advantage:
- AC-DC power supply design
- RF circuit / antenna design (wireless module integration – Wi-Fi, BT, Cellular,
- GPS)
- Signal Integrity/ Power Integrity design, simulation and validation.
Job Requirements:
● Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.
● Minimum 5-10 years of direct working experience in product design within a multidisciplinary environment, having completed multiple product development cycles.
● Fluent in both written and spoken English, ability to work with an international team.
● Good team work attitude, collaboration and communication skills.
